Arthaa
Arthaa is a range of ethically traded products, made in South India. The range includes bags, made from jute and canvas, and hand made paper items such as greetings cards, gift bags and art books. We also make items to order, such as wedding invitations and conference materials.
All items are sourced from a unit in South India, which consists of young people from the slum and migrant communities. Training and education programs are conducted with members of the unit, and sales of Arthaa products go towards ensure that the members earn a fair and sustainable income for their labours. We also make every effort to ensure that raw materials come from eco-friendly sources. Arthaa has the recent priviledge of becoming a BAFTS registered supplier, so you can be assured of our ethical status!
