This group of cottages is grouped around an old farm courtyard with a private water frontage onto Chichester Harbour. The Beale family and their guests have long benefited from the proximity to the sea but have ensured that its natural beauty is maintained through their local harbour conservancy trust. A resident flock of Jacob’s Sheep have helped realise a 14 year project to turn arable land back into precious coastal grazing fields and marsh. Meanwhile guests can enjoy dinghy sailing and your very own leisure barn jam packed full of traditional games for rainy days.
