Bags more Change with new ethical shoppers

There’s more from Bags of Change in time for the traditional shopping season.

In addition to the hemp-cotton bag, which is now also available in a green, there’s a leather-look latex version that supports a rubber tapping cooperative and helps to protect the Amazon rainforest from exploitation.

Shopping with the bag means discounts at participating independent ethical stores across the UK. The full list of retailers taking part in the stylish reward scheme is available online.

While well-timed for Christmas, discounts are offered all year round. Once you’ve bought a bag you can sign up to receive a monthly newsletter about shopping locally and ethically.

As well as being smart, the bags look great, which is also why it’s up for two awards in the 2007 Green England Awards.

The hemp-cotton bag retails at £14.85 and the rubber bag at £32.
