Cycle powered cinema at Big Chill
A cycle powered cinema will be whirring its way to this summer’s Big Chill.
With thighs of steel The Magnificent Revolutionary Cycling Cinema will sustain enough energy to power short films, independents and small productions.
Unsurprisingly it’s the only UK touring bicycle-powered cinema, and while the cyclists have lots of energy, they’d like to raise awareness that the planet does not have an endless supply.
By running the entertainment with legs alone, the cinema is a reminder that bikes are a viable alternative to fossil fuel driven transport.
The cinema will be at The Big Chill’s Art Trail from 3 - 5 August.
