Green Mobile partner with Environmental Investigation Agency
Green Mobile has established a new charity partnership with the Environmental Investigation Agency (EIA).
The phone company already has charity partnerships with the Woodland Trust, Friends of the Earth and WWF.
Now, for every customer that signs up and supports EIA, Green Mobile will plant five trees and give five per cent of customer’s bills as an ongoing donation to the EIA - this will raise funds for its campaign against deforestation. So the more you gas, the more greenhouse gases can be taken out of the atmosphere.
If you keep your old mobile you’ll be rewarded with £25 cashback and a free solar mobile charger. Adrian Potter, Green Mobile‘s MD, said: ‘New handsets are available but Green Mobile asks you to assess the environmental impact of throwing away your old mobile first.’
Green mobile is on a mission to make the most of how much we natter and would like to ‘green’ you BT lines too. It will donate five per cent of your BT bill to the EIA and the monthly line rental is 13 per cent less BT’s charges. Now there's a thought.
