Travel to find your inner John Bird

This weekend, thousands of people will flock to London in the hope of changing their lifestyle to somehow save people, the planet - or just themselves.

One of the exhibitors that stands out at the One Life Live show is Destineering Retreats, which suggests you holiday to find your inner social entrepreneur. Offering what it calls 'luxury life coaching retreats' in Italy and Canada - including a new one in snowboarding destination Whistler - the travel and experience firm puts you up in style in the company of guest speakers to inspire you.

David Gotts is one of their speakers. He left his job to found International China Concern, a charity that helps disabled and mentally ill kids in China's orphanages. Other 'Destineering' fans include a former Microsoft manager who quit to setup his own Fairtrade and organic coffee business.

If you've got the money for an exclusive break and a bubbling idea for the next Howies or the next Green and Blacks, make your way over to Olympia in London this weekend.
